O hai.
When I first established this guild, it was with a specific purpose and structure in mind: Progression raiding with members who were competent, responsible, and respectful towards others. I wanted a guild that had a team atmosphere, where people pulled their own weight and had fun doing it. Yelling on vent from the leaders, team members complaining about doing the job they were assigned, people disrespecting others - all these things were things that I had experienced in other guilds and things that I wanted to be completely absent from our raiding environment.
As I set up the guild, one of the main things I required was a solid team of leaders. Because we were starting small, we started with a small leadership team, only 4 of us. Throughout the history of <Platinum>, as the guild evolved, our leadership evolved, but we always had at least four. And for the most part, our leadership was respectful, selfless, and dedicated.
